1. Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
(1) Usage: Perfectly suited for industrial plants, expansive warehouses, cold storage facilities, and box packaging. Ideal for light steel residences, mezzanine rooms in original buildings, prefabricated houses, various clean rooms, and air-conditioned environments, among other applications.
(2) Advantages:
Appearance: Exceptionally light weight, ranging from approximately 10kg to 14kg per square meter, which is merely 1/30 of a traditional brick wall. With its vibrant color and stunning aesthetic, it eliminates the need for any surface decoration.
Performance: Outstanding heat insulation, with superior absorption and sealing capabilities.
Rock Wool Sandwich Panel: Crafted from basalt as the primary raw material, it undergoes a high-temperature melting process. Inorganic fibers are meticulously formed using high-speed centrifugal equipment. A precise blend of adhesive is then uniformly added to bake into large, durable boards, which are subsequently cut into rock wool strips tailored to production needs. Notably, rock wool is non-combustible and excels in fire resistance.
