1. Rock wool sandwich panel
(1) Usage: Our rock wool sandwich panels are ideal for a wide range of applications including industrial plants, warehouses, and cold storage facilities. They are also perfect for box packaging, light steel residences, original building mezzanine rooms, prefabricated houses, and various clean rooms and air-conditioned areas.
(2) Advantages:
Appearance: Experience unmatched aesthetic appeal with panels that are light in weight, approximately 10kg~14kg per square meter, making them 1/30 the weight of traditional brick walls. Their vibrant colors and beautiful appearance eliminate the need for additional surface decoration.
Performance: These panels provide superior heat insulation, exceptional absorption, and sealing capabilities, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Rock wool sandwich panel: Crafted using basalt as the core raw material, these panels are formed by melting at high temperatures. Using high-speed centrifugal equipment, inorganic fibers are created. A precise blend of adhesive is added and baked into large boards, which are then cut into rock wool strips according to production requirements. Rock wool is inherently non-combustible and offers excellent fire resistance properties.
