1. Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
(1) Usage: Ideal for industrial plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, box packaging, light steel residences, original building mezzanine rooms, prefabricated houses, various clean rooms, air-conditioned spaces, and more.
(2) Advantages:
Appearance: Exceptionally light in weight, approximately 10kg to 14kg per square meter, which is just 1/30 of a traditional brick wall's weight. It offers a bright and aesthetically pleasing appearance that eliminates the need for additional surface decoration.
Performance: Provides excellent thermal insulation, outstanding sound absorption, and superb sealing capabilities.
Rock Wool Sandwich Panel: Crafted using basalt as the core raw material, it undergoes a high-temperature melting process and is spun into inorganic fibers using high-speed centrifugal equipment. A precise amount of adhesive is then evenly incorporated before being baked into large boards. These boards are subsequently cut into rock wool strips tailored to production demands. Notably, rock wool is non-combustible and offers excellent fire resistance.
