1. Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
(1) Usage: Ideally suited for industrial plants and warehouses, our panels also find their place in cold storage facilities, box packaging solutions, light steel residential buildings, and original building mezzanine rooms. Furthermore, they are perfect for prefabricated houses, various clean rooms, and air-conditioned spaces.
(2) Advantages:
Appearance: With a feather-light weight of approximately 10kg~14kg per square meter, our panels are equivalent to just 1/30 of a traditional brick wall. They boast a vibrant color and elegant appearance, eliminating the need for any additional surface decoration.
Performance: Our panels excel in heat insulation, offering exceptional absorption and sealing capabilities.
Rock Wool Sandwich Panel: Crafted using basalt as the primary raw material, these panels undergo a high-temperature melting process where inorganic fibers are spun using advanced high-speed centrifugal equipment. An optimal proportion of adhesive is then infused, resulting in large, robust boards that are subsequently sliced into rock wool strips as per production requirements. Notably, rock wool is non-combustible, providing outstanding fire resistance.
