1. Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
(1) Usage: Versatile in scope, our panels are ideal for industrial plants and warehouses, offering robust solutions for cold storage and box packaging. They are perfectly suited for light steel residences, mezzanine rooms in original buildings, prefabricated houses, as well as diverse applications like clean rooms and air-conditioned environments.
(2) Advantages:
Appearance: Exceptionally lightweight at around 10kg~14kg per square meter, our panels weigh just a fraction—1/30—of a typical brick wall. They boast vibrant colors and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, eliminating the need for any additional surface decoration.
Performance: Our panels provide superior heat insulation, along with excellent absorption and sealing capabilities, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Rock Wool Sandwich Panel: Crafted meticulously using basalt as the primary material, the panels undergo a high-temperature melting process. Using high-speed centrifugal equipment, inorganic fibers are formed. A precise blend of adhesive is added before baking the fibers into large boards, which are then cut into precise rock wool strips. Rock wool is renowned for its non-combustibility and outstanding fire-resistant properties.
