1. Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
(1) Usage: Ideal for industrial plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, box packaging, light steel residences, original building mezzanine rooms, prefabricated houses, various clean rooms, air-conditioned rooms, and many more versatile applications.
(2) Advantages:
Appearance: Exceptionally lightweight at about 10kg~14kg/square meter, approximately 1/30 of a brick wall. Features a bright, vibrant color and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, eliminating the need for additional surface decoration.
Performance: Provides excellent heat insulation, superior absorption, and remarkable sealing performance.
Rock Wool Sandwich Panel: Engineered using basalt as the primary raw material, it undergoes a high-temperature melting process to create inorganic fibers via high-speed centrifugal equipment. During production, a precise blend of adhesive is added uniformly, baked into large boards, and then cut into specific rock wool strips as needed. Rock wool is inherently non-combustible and boasts excellent fire resistance, ensuring safety and durability.
